Help us find your issue

Include only the information needed for your request:

• Account access: the account email and a brief description of the sign-in problem.
• Video generation: the task ID, approximate time and the error message. Task details are available in My videos.
• Billing or refunds: the order or transaction ID, purchase date and the reason for your request. Use the email linked to the account where possible.
• Privacy or security: describe the request or suspected issue. We may ask you to verify account ownership before changing or deleting account data.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, API keys or full payment-card details. Crop screenshots to the relevant error and hide unrelated personal information.

Subscriptions and refunds

Manage your subscription in account billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access for the paid period remains available. Refund eligibility and processing follow the current Terms of Service. For billing disputes, we aim to reply within 2 business days, as stated in those terms.

Privacy and account deletion

Send requests from your account email when possible. Our Privacy Policy explains the data we process, media retention and the account-deletion process. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate requests.
